Ford V6 3.4 Essex Rotating Subject Assembly

It was a mission to get it to this point, as every thing went wrong that could possibly go wrong

3.4 Conroe bolts are use once
Ford had some in Stock - witch is great
However, no one at Ford could give me the correct torque specs
Eventually, got feedback from the factory, and the idiot, sent me two specs, 29Nm 1st stage and 65Nm second stage
No one else came close to that
We could not even get close to 45Nm ant the bolts broke
It was not the torque wrench, as it was compared to a calibrated torque wrench, and my torque wrench was spot ON

THE CORRECT TORQUE SETTINGS FOR THE FACTORY 3.4 V6 ESSEX MOTOR, CONROD BOLTS IS 29Nm
The second setting that the factory sent me was non applicable
Ended up using ARP For V8 BOLTS , at triple the price
And torqued them to 40Nm - that was before the whole torque settings had been cleared up
So pistons were in and out 2 or 3 times couz of the Con-Rod bolts
When I pushed in the cam, I accidentally pushed it in too deep, and knocked out the welsh plug accidentally in the back of the block

The new oil pump sealed, was assembled wrong, and had to be exchanged for another one
